It can input, edit, store and display various bending pipe data and instructions. The machine's various motion coordinates (Y, B, C, Z) are accurately controlled by the computer, which can achieve fully automatic core bending and has advanced functions such as rebound automatic compensation and fault self diagnosis, power-off memory, automatic lubrication, safety protection, etc. The bending tube (C-axis), rotating tube (B-axis), and feeding tube (Y-axis) are all closed-loop servo controlled, with a CNC precision of ± 0.05 ° for rotational motion and ± 0.1mm for linear motion, and can be networked with the pipe shape measuring machine and computer center for operation.
